It's a personal choice not a generational choice.

I think it's completely possible. Unfortuately all statistics are created with a specific outcome in mind so you would have to do the statistics on the statistics.

You would think it would be the other way around but you have to look at the current climate of the nation. We've gotten outselves in a WASP's nest. Plus with all the birth control methods out there, if you're careful and attentive there is no need for abortions just for cause. And I think women are becoming more demanding with their sexual satisfaction (not that they'll always get it), that pregnancy is less of a burden..

I don't know if it is true or not, but it makes sense. The younger generations would likely not know things about the time before abortions were legal, like about all the women who were seriously injured or died because of going to some back alley, totally unsafe place to have illegal abortions. The older generations remember the things that resulted from abortions being illegal and how horrible they were and would likely be pro-choice even if they didn't necessarily think abortion itself was right.

No way. And as sad as it is, little girls are taught at schools to be pro choice. This means how hard is for a young girl to be prolife when everything around her seems to be the opposite.

I could see it being that way. So, much of the pro abortion drive has come from feminazis. They are getting older and tend to be openly hostile at anyone that has a difference of opinion. They have also spend a great deal of time giving out misinformation about genders.

You are right about contraception. There is so much more awareness about that and rape prevention, incest etc.

I think as a whole they are......it gets a bit different though when the inconvenient pregnancy is theirs.

The majority of women having abortions are not over 35.

I think the younger generation is more prochoice than ever before.

I would guess it is about the same. If anything people probably know less about it because this generation is less politically involved.

i am pro life but my grandma is pro choice
she was the oldest of 8 kids and they were very poor. i think if she understood birth control these days she would change her position. these days only irresponsibility and god wanting it to be so results in a baby if you truly don't want one.
