OMG! I can relate to you. I'm kinda in the same situation you are in. This is what I think, we miss him like so because of how he is. We love what he has become, we love everything about him that we want to be with him as much as possible. Like the saying goes, you can't get enough of a good thing. Just keep telling him how much you miss him, maybe he can work something out.

First off, take a deep breath. Think of it this way, he could be lazy and good for nothing. Instead he is a hard worker. He supports you, and he cares for you and your children.
You could try and set some times during the week for you two to just enjoy yourselves. Maybe go out for dinner or see a movie, whatever floats your boat. You could also try just sitting down when he gets home and just talk about your day. Think about vacations as well. This is a great way to just enjoy your time together. There are so many vacation spots, there's bound to be a place for all of you to enjoy.

I know its hard. I try and not suck up my Love's time so much. But I can't help it either. My Hun works 60hours a week M-Sat! I only have one day! It hurts for me every weekend. He loves my son that isn't his, but tells me its better for our future that he does this. He said he'll get his break somewhere down the line. I cry a lot about it, but its been over 3 years and he loves me in all ways possible and my son. He's a great man. I love him to death like no other, but That means I have to work just as hard to get a better job or better position to support us for a little while (3-4 months at least) But I have to understand He's not being selfish, I am! But i also understand it is for our family to live and survive. Its hard but we must try and accept things and Cherish every moment we have with them. I love tell my Hun everything through out my day and week!
P.S. I have to suffer so he can get a better job somewhere else that doesn't have to work him so hard on the hours. Yes, We sometimes have to sacrifice. I hate it but we do inorder to live happier.

Theres nothing wrong with missing him, but if you start to make him feel guilty for working, then thats your problem. You shouldnt. He is doing right, he is a good man. He needs a supportive woman. Not someone who is gonna give him grief for working his as* off.

So you love this guy like no other! I'd say you just have to grin and bear it for the sake of your relationship.
Like you said, he's everything a woman would want in a man so why beat yourself up over him working hard? He says it's for your future, so stick with it and be happy!!
