Sometimes it is difficult to find a private spot away from prying eyes and perverts. But little girls have no problem with peeing any more than little boys, men or women. They just squat down and let it go. Sometimes their clothing can get in the way and get wet. Why do you ask anyway? Do you have a fetish for this? If so, you are the one in need of help.

As an avid camper and hiker I can tell you it isn't easy but it is doable. You must have some privacy as you have to expose yourself. Finding a bush you lower your pants and grasp the back waist band and pull it forward as much as possible. Your pants should be below your knees. You bend at the knee, poke your behind out and pee trying not to get your pants wet. Always carry Kleenex with you to wipe as using leaves can be dangerous.(poison ivy) Hope this is helpful. : )

That would of course depend on how bad she had to pee. After a certain point no one can hold it, your body just won't let you.
