How do i fix the game because now some parts of it are unreadeble.

Have the disc resurfaced.
Most independent record stores will do it for three bucks or so.
I know Gamestop does it too, but I'm not sure if it's just for their own games to resell....or if they'll do it for walk-ins.

Here are various things you may try:
1. clean the disc using Windex(I have tried this, it works on dirty discs)
2. You could always buy a new one....
3. Get yourself a scratch remover with a scratch removing formula
4. I don't know how to do this with a PS2, but if possible, you could try cleaning the lens with a cotton ball dabbed with a bit of alcohol....

Put some alxohol on a cloth, like white wine or vodka and rub drom the centre of the disc outwards, never go round.

Is the disc scratched? If it is, rub toothpaste on the most affected areas rub from centre outwards, its a mild abrasive. Try polishing it till its smooth. If it still doesnt work, get the electric car polisher and shine it till its smooth.
