Read the manual and DONT take advice from answers! The manufacturer knows what is best! If you dont have the manual, download it from Dell!
FOR INSTANCE! The first answer you got may only help mess your screen up worse! The paper will scratch the screen!

Wrong! You should never use windex, besides ammonia, its waterbased, which if it drips or seeps into the wrong crevaces, you have a toasted LCD or computer. LCD monitor cleaner can be found at any computer store to include Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Staples... etc. It is alchohol based, which will evaporate very very quickly. This leaves little room for possible short curcuting. If you're strapped for cash or cannot find monitor cleaner anywhere, get a soft rag and some regular rubbing alchohol. You should also use this if you are cleaning any other components such as a PCI/AGP card, the mobo or any other PC component.

REMEMBER! Always disconnect the power from whatever you are cleaning, especially when cleaning inside the case.

Windex

No, don't use Windex. Windex has ammonia and, over time, will damage the film on the LCD screen. Windex is a glass cleaner, and LCD screens have a film over the glass called a polarizer, which scatters the light to your eyes.

I use http://www.pixelclean.com for my laptop and LCD TV.

This product is alcohol and ammonia free, so it's safe.

Use a very soft cotton cloth with a tiny bit of windex.

I'd go out on limb and suggest you clean it.

Or am I being too radical there?
