Wow!! That would be amazing if that what was possible! I think you have to be a computer genious or serious gaming expert to accomplish that, because no websites I know would allow you to do such a thing. Piracy is illegal.

yeah there is, not a site, but a program. go to www.bitcomet.com, download bittorrent, then when you run the program, there are links on the left hand side. click on any one, then type in the name, (Splinter cell) or whatever, and itll come up ps2 at the end of the file name. make sure you get the files with the most seeders and leechers (will have a full green bar) to show the best "health" of that file, and that file will be the one that downloads the fastest too. make sure you have broadband.
then after you have downloaded this file, it will probably be an ISO file. use a program like nero, then burn image to disk, then go through the normal procedure, then as long as you have your ps2 chipped, it should work fine. hope this helps.
