1. People that try opening their candy rappers slowly at a movie theater. Just open it and stop crinkling the little wrapper.
2. The thought of any fish bigger than my hand swimming by my while I swim.
3.People that chew with their mouths open.
4. religions that believe that they are the only people to be saved.
5.My cat Tina when she is in heat...she turns into a real idiot..lol,
there are more things than that but I don't want to be bore you. Boring people just make me CRINGE....Have a good one.

Snagging your dry skin on nylon or polyester GARRR!!!
slidding down a razor blade into a pool of alchol!
shaving your leggs with a potatoe peeler!
Shaving your head with a cheese grater while chewing on tin foil!

the sound of silverware rubbing together or the fork against someone's teeth. Curiously enough the sound of nails on a chalk board never bothered me though, I was always the one to do it.

there are certain people that make me cringe when they talk- they either talk alot without knowing what they're talking about- or they talk alot without sensing how uncomfortable they're making others feel!

The sound of my daughter throwing a temper tantrum - she's three so it happens often :)
Also needles - I can't stand getting shots.
