Aren't they scared of getting caught?

alot of things are illegal but people still do it. people sell class A drugs which is illegal and carrys a heft sentence but they still do it. people murder,commit rape ... all illegal but sadly still happens. no matter how harsh the punishment people will always be out the break the rules

Because to some people, myself not included, the excitement of getting or doing something you are not supposed to do is a huge rush. Most people look at the possible consequences if caught, while others just look at the definite immediate benefit of doing something. Which group are YOU in?

I had a guy come for the period of the shop this evening telling a guy over the telephone the thank you to repeat DVD's. i presumed, it is have been given to be 2 federal offenses. One pirating video clips. the 2d using the telephone in a conspiracy. They call them pirated via fact they have been STOLEN...

For the same reason they break the speed limits, which is also illegal, and can cause more harm to others.

no because it's cheap and easy way of getting money because the demand for it is high. people are willing to buy things cheap than expensive (or free like the internet) for the same quality.
