How long after paying for a bid you won on Ebay should you wait before you complain about not recieving your item yet? I paid by paypal for a item back on the 14th of Oct and have not recieved or heard anything from the seller. I emailed him once about two days ago to ask him if he's sent it out yet, but did not get a return email. The seller has a 100% feedback rating and has had a few hundred customers, so I don't believe he's trying to cheat me. I plan to email him at least one more time, but if I don't hear from him or recieve my product by Monday, the 30th, I might report him or give him a bad feedback. Should I give him more time? By the way the item was very inexpensive (arround $2.50 including shipping) I hate to see someone loose their perfect rating on such a inexpensive item.

email him again and if no reply after 3 days then report him to ebay.

You could also look at the items auction description and see if the seller says anything about shipping, such as "ships only on Tuesdays" or "ships 1 week after confirmation of payment" etc. Sometimes they are really specific about when they ship that can delay when you get the item. If the seller isn't responding to your email than definitely start the process with ebay because they will also try to contact the seller.

No, you should not give him more time. The item should've been shipped as SOON as payment was received. Since this was obviously not done, one or two e-mails to the seller should be enough before you go to the eBay officials, so to speak. In any case, you should have at least gotten an e-mail explaining the delay. Good luck!

Two weeks is more than enough time. He should have contacted you already if there was a problem. I would send another email threatening to leave negative feedback. If no response after 2-3 days then I would go ahead and leave negative feedback.

If you paid with this item via paypal and this seller is not answering your questions, I would definitely go ahead and file a claim with paypal. They have to answer that, or you get your money back (if they have any in their account that is). Good luck!

Read the advice and instructions on the eBay site. They explain very clearly what to do.
