Some trucks can be driven if you have a Class B license, here in Illinois.
I have a Class B Lic,. I drive a bus.

Like they said, it depends on the size. One of the normal U-Haul trucks, no. The next bigger size you need a class E (in Missouri, don't know if this is a federal thing or not).
