"Thou shall not judge" in the Bible is telling us that we shouldn't judge people by saying they are going to heaven or hell. We don't decide that, God does.

The words do bug some people but reflect the reality that the United States of America is a Christian country, so in spite of the separation of Church and State, a Secular Congress voted to add these words. Note that Jews and Muslims also support this affirmation - it is the same God. If the Church had demanded that "Jesus Saves!" be printed on every bill then you would have the break in the "wall of separation" that you fear. The atheist community may be growing but is still a minority in the world: Christianity: 2.1 billion Islam: 1.5 billion Secular/Nonreligious/Agnostic/Atheist: 1.1 billion Hinduism: 900 million Chinese traditional religion: 394 million Buddhism: 376 million primal-indigenous: 300 million African Traditional & Diasporic: 100 million Sikhism: 23 million Juche: 19 million Spiritism: 15 million Judaism: 14 million Why should we allow the 1.1 Billion Atheists (and most of these are non-religious or agnostics, not practicing Atheists) to offend the other 6 Billion of us who do believe in God? I personally think there should be no religious messages on money, (render unto Caesar) and they should also remove the occult symbols such as the Eye in the Pyramid at the same time.

The actual quote from the Bible is "Judge not, lest ye be judged", and it is referring to the salvation of others. Read the whole Bible for reference, not just parts. It works better as a whole.

I agree with you, but the judges do not make the laws. They merely "hand them down." The argument Christians give me all the time when they start judging is that they are just passing on the word of God. They themselves aren't doing the judging, but telling you what God has judged.
Yes, it's crap, but that's what they say.

I doesn't actually say that in the bible. There's actually a book of Judges.
" 'Do not pervert justice; do not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the great, but judge your neighbor fairly."
Leviticus 19:15

When someone molests or rapes or murders a person, they will most likely go to Hell when they die. It's our judicial system's responsibility to make sure they don't have the opportunity to do it yet again to another person before they meet their maker.
