If you have to keep three, it would have to be Ray Allen, Shawn Marion, and Josh Smith. Allen is over 30 years old, which is a death sentence for any athlete reaching that age as skills is diminish at that time, but Allen continues to play well, avereging over 20 ppg and a couple of 3's since moving out of Milwaukee. You might want to keep Allen and trade him for younger NBA superstars like LBJ or any other superstar while you still have value on Allen. Marion is a must-keep, as he's still young and give you all-around stats while giving you low turnovers, a bonus but besides lacking a passing game, he is the number 1 priority must-keep. Josh Smith is starting to turn out into a Marion-clone, as he's contributing all-around also, but the amazing thing is the block (over 2.0 blocks per game in the past two seasons) considering his height (6'8). He bound to become an All-Star someday, so I keep him.

Here some reason why I didn't choose the other:

-Brad Miller: He a multi-cat center that can contribute in the Sac-Town system, but the initiator of the offense, Rick Adelman, is gone and Eric Mussleman is in. He's over 30 and skills starts to diminish, even for a center. The last person to thirve in the Sac-town system before Miller was Vlade Divac and look how that happen.

Kirk Hinrich - I have high hope for this kid. He's smart on the court and has a great supporting cast, but his shooting hasn't improved. He can score and pass (a must for PG) but if he can't improve his shooting, well then...

Andre Iguodala - Philly is loving this kid because he can contribute all-around, but his skills is on steals and has the speed. I worry about his scoring average (11.1 - 12.1) and Iverson is still around.

Stephen Jackson - He's has always been a bad seed and coming to Indiana didn't help him either (he already made an impact on news, involved in the 2004 Detroit brawl that got him suspended and now facing charges of gun possesion this offseason while hanging out at a strip club with teammates, which lead David Stern to prohibit guns among active NBA players). His scoring average is nice, but the man that was suppose to replace Reggie Miller isn't keeping a good attitude, which lead to a short life in the NBA if he keeps this up.

Danny Granger- He's young and raw, can prove that he has game but playing time might be hard to come by with the re-acquisition of Al Harrington, but his time will come, just not now.

Definately Marion, Miller is sketchy because of the Kings situation with the Bibby being out at least the first 2 weeks. The only reason to keep Miller is because the center position is not the strongest and he is top 5. Hinrich is good for 3's and scoring, but Allen is stronger and more consistent.
I would probably keep Marion, Allen and Miller or Iguodala. Watch what the Kings do in preseason and see how they rotate Miller. Musselman is not the smartest coach, DUI and all, so he may not be aware of how good Miller really is.

Good choices, but you might need some points and assists. I'd take Allen, Marion, and Hinrich. Marion will get at least 12 boards. Hinrich will give you points, assists, and even a few boards.
