You can't just jump in and do it and expect anything. For spells to work it takes meditation, belief and practice. It's an art form.
The following is not a spell but a cleansing ritual that I like. You will need a smudge stick for it. First you light it and let it smolder...as it is "smoking",..make sure you direct the smoke to all corners of your home..up and down. This is supposed to get rid of negative energy. This ritual was actually in a very popular national magazine.
