Its what ever makes you feel happier.if they hurt your back then yes ,but on the other hand you might regret it later...so think about it for a little while there is no hurry.

You mean a breast reduction. DD is bigger than D and if you aren't a 34 already you cannot change that. The number is the size you are around your body and the letter is the cup size. You can get a breast reduction if you are not comfortable with the cup size or have physical problems but unfortunately you are not going to change the size you are around your body. It may change if you are signifigantly over weight and lose weight but otherwise, not likely.

Only if you want it for yourself. There are dangers in any surgery, so think about it. Reduction can be for good medical reasons, like back pain.
How much good could you do with that same amount of money if you used it for the poor, or for the good of humanity?
