more than once a day; I usually wear a thong during the day and when I get home I change into something a bit more comfortable - I'm a bum at home, flannel pants and a tank top...so, well, ya know.....
I can't literally change my undies 'into' anything, unless 'soiled' is the word you're looking for.....

I change them when I buy new ones. I normally wear a clean pair twice a day as I train a lot.
They change into rags when they end up in bin after that its anybodies guess.

I change my underwear once a day....into a...(I'm trying to think of something witty to say without it sounding perverted.)......(And that just isn't going to happen.)
I go commando.....excluding about 8 days out of the month.
