Has anyone heard of the Cookie Cutter Cash Flow Program? Is this legitimate or Scam?

They claim you only pay $14.95 and you can earn $3065. This is regarding the 1-2-3 System. Please help.

It's just another scam. The only one who makes any money on it is the bastard collecting the $14.95 from all the rubes.
