Bummer mites r eating my plant,i think they'll go4the hemp,but she still needs1-2 weeks.should i dry her now?

Spider Mites usually restrict themselves to "Legally" grown plants.
I think you should put your pot plant into a big trash bag and take it to your local police station and ask their advice.

Would spray with a good pesticide, ie. malathion, Most of the residue should be gone in 2 weeks.
