Judging by how they waddle around, I would say no.
However, my mate Dan IS a penguin. So I politely asked him to roll up his trousers and right there, to my surprise, were not only a pair of knobbly knees, but also a very pregnant belly!
Oh, the joy of child birth.
So, to answer your question; yes they do, and Dan the Penguin is due to lay an egg on Wednesday night.

Yes. Penguins appear to have very short legs and no knees because only the lower leg is externally visible. Their knees and upper legs are feather covered, hiding them from view. This also means that penguins never get cold knees!

Why do you need a knee transplant??? I know penguins look good in thier formal wear!! but I do know they have knees!!

Yes, they appear to have no knees because of their very short looking legs, but underneath all those feathers their legs are longer than they appear and they also have a pair of knees.
