Wow, what have u done to have them in ur face in the first place. Try what they do on the telly, deter them and go out of the back door or something, Or give them what they want and have done with it !!!

It is pretty aparent to me that you think you are someone famous. The best way for a person like you to keep the media away is to keep taking those meds the doctor gave you for your 'illusions' and get plenty of sleep. When you wake up you will realize the media could care less what you do.

If the problem is that they are hounding you, stop doing things that make you interesting to them.
If the problem is TV news, just don't watch. I stopped about a month ago and I am much happier.
