depends on what you order. Salads are great at McDonalds.

No. McDonald's is one restaurant who's food has very little redeeming value. It is all almost devoid of nutrition while full of fat and unneeded calories. Their healthy foods, like the salad, are over priced and not very nutritious. A restaurant like McDonald's is a place to go for an occasional treat. Only in recent years have they marketed themselves as the kind of place you should eat each day - this began with their breakfast campaign back in the 80's. They have discovered that because of their prices people DO eat there everyday - a meal is so cheap you can't make it for that price at home.

A lot of us have to work or be on the road, so eating out lunch or breakfast is sometimes unavoidable. But it's good to make smart decisions. A six inch sub from Subway is just as filling as a McDonald's value meal, pound for pound, and it's a lot better for you. One burrito and a side of rice from Taco Bell is healthier than a burger. You can get a healthy fast food meal, but you have to look for it.

You should watch the movie Super Size me.
I don't know what a McRice burger is, but the trans fat in their french fries is really dangerous. It should be more of a treat than an everyday indulgence. Even if you aren't overweight or showing outward signs from a bad diet, your liver and cardiovascular system may be being damaged.

Sure it's healthy, I for instance, will go to mcdonalds everyday, smoke a couple packs of cigs, drink a bottle of jack daniels and top it off with a nice injection of heroine. And I am perfectly healthy.

Fast food is not good for your health if you are eating it everyday. If you are worried that a mcrice burger from McDonnalds might harm your health then eat them as a treat and pick something healthier instead or learn how to cook healthy meals that are just as delicious.

I was going to say no, but what is a mcrice burger? Are they finally admiting that they don't use real meat?

Anything that feels or tastes very good is only good to have once in while (moderatly). Too much of a good thing (excesive) is never healthy.

No, eating at McDonalds is very bad, even if it is just once a month, it is not real food, they inject cows to get fatter so they can have more meat to sell, but that injection goes into your food, so your eating something to make you fatter, it is highly not reccomended to eat there. Everything is high in calories and fat. Sure it could have some good stuff but there is more bad stuff in it. Even their salads are high in calories and fat.

No. Order a small salad with low fat dressing, and

order their small parfait. If you must have a burger, get the

$1 burger as it is much smaller with less fat. Skip

the fries; they are killers. Wendy's is a good place to go also,

order their chili, small salad, and baked potato.
