How can I pull those menues of each software program on each computer so that i could have training sessions at home helping and teaching my friend everything on her lap top? I think it's called interactive training tools. But how do you do it?

I THINK what you mean is that you want what is on your screen to appear on your friend's screen.

You can do this using netmeeting a program that comes free with windows. It has a feature called "desktop sharing" so your friend can watch what you are doing on your desktop or you can control your firend's desktop and point things out.

You need a Remote Administrator Program (RAT). You can search for it. I can give you one i designed.
