Could it be red urine?

Rabbits don't get colds, but does he have nasal discharge? Is it clear or white?

Rabbits often get "snuffles" which would be the coughing, runny nose. At three he is older and more prone to urinary tract infections also. Call a vet and see if they deal with rabbits. You will come home with a course of antibiotics. Don't be afraid they are not like giving pills to cats!! My vets office mixes liquid Baytrill with strawberry juice and the bunnies really like it! Good luck!

Even though the blood has gone away, your rabbit may still have a urinary tract infection and may need to be put on antibiotics. If you don't bring it to the vet, you are taking a risk that the infection will spread to other parts of the body.

Sounds like he has an infection, take him to the vet and have him checked out, sounds like he is a little sick. Good luck!

You need to take this rabbit to an Emergency vet. This is not normal.
