Depends on where you live, and how far in the foreclosure process you are. It could take a year sometimes from start to finish or just a couple of months.

But they will have to give you a notice by which you have to leave, if you don't then they will have to get someone to come remove you first and that takes time and notices too.

That depends upon local laws and practices. If the forclosure action includes an eviction order, you'll only have a very few days to clear out.

Your best bet is to consult with an attorney and have them try to negotiate something with the lender.
