Definitely WW 2 and how everyone pulled together to fight off evil. It is so classic. It was a time of big ideas and big men. There were so many things going on and so many stories that we will never in all of our lifetimes get to see or hear them all. Humanity faced the greatest enemies of all time and prevailed. Amazing!
I also like the Civil War stories. So sad yet we can still learn from our mistakes.

Holocaust was terrible very interesting to learn about also, we have a place called the "Holocaust"center here in Toronto,Canada and its really quite interesting, sad but, interesting!! They show pictures of that time, crazy pictures that make your stomach turn at the very thought of them, i dunno it did for me.... The whole WWII is very interesting to me i find it somewhat ironic and interesting that Hitler had all these poor Jewish people or any one with Jewish blood in them killed, but he was a big time animal lover. I did research on this, and he also used to get orgasm's while delivering his "SPEECHES" if thats what you want to call them.... The power he had over people made him "aroused" (is one way of putting it) Well thats my favorite part of the subject, although learning anything new about history is a interesting thing for me!!

I loved Ancient Mideval History.. it was interesting, and it was fun. Learning about the Trojans and the Spartans.. reading the Odyssey.. learning about all the greek and roman myths.. that was alot of fun, and it didn't seem like history.

the Indian Independence Movement. it is the triumph of the collective non-violent spirit of the population of India that succeeded in the end. their victory defies logic and is an example of "united we stand, divided we fall.'
