I have a Lutron Diva DV-600 dimmer switch. It has an orange glow indicater light. I want to take the swith apart and somehow dissable this orange glow light. Is this possibe and safe to do? They do not sell them with out the indicater lights.

You could buy another dimmer switch and install it. They have other brands that are similar slide models without the glowlight in them. Usually cost between $8 - $15 dollars at the home stores. I see where it's a new home, perhaps the builder will take care of this for you. Might incur a slight labor charge. You could haggle with them and hope for the best. Good luck.

This is a slide type of dimmer I'm guessing? I believe they have a switch on the back where you can turn on or off the orange light. Flip the breaker, take the screws out and check the back of the switch. I have this same type and I believe when I installed them they had this switch on the back. Best I remember anyhow.

Thats cool weather you think its genetics or not your not hurting my feelings to tell you the truth i dont know if its genetics or not im not gonna report you just have some damn respect dont post that on a differnt question and Y are you always on the gay section do you like reading our "homo" stories you in the closet arent you just come out a ripling six pac body and a huge wanker in your mouth is heaven !
