St Martin of O'Niell hasn't taken anyone so far that could do us any harm(not including petrov) but all that could change if wee Shaun decides to up sticks. I felt MON had relied on the same old guard 4 perhaps a season 2 long by the time he left the SPL ( the last day at Firpark that cost me a weeks wages 4 a ticket was evidence enough 4 me)

Well good luck to Martin. Villa will not be quite as good as Celtic and I don't think Bobo or wee Shaun will leave Celtic just now but if Martin Succeeds at Villa then the fans will be very happy I am very surprised he did not go in for big John Hartson he is a smashing big player and he worked well the players that Martin all ready has from Celtic. come on the hoops

He signed Petrov cos Petrov is an all round top player; with a lot of energy; who scores goals from midfield. Agathe is just FAST; and it's the hardest thing in the world to defend against; skill and luck can go both ways, but if the guys just faster than anyone else; you wont catch him once he's past you. Hes also quite adaptable; can play RWB,RM and as a Striker. Sutton's also versatile, useful in defence, midfield and attack; and sometime you just cant beat a target man. Balde, O'Neil just seems to rate a bit higher than the rest of us; but on his day he's worth it; remember his performace against Michael owen in the UEFA cup run!
As for maloney and Larsson...well, who wouldnt want these two. Skillful, fast brains, dead ball specialists and full of creativity and FAST reactions. And he already knows them all inside out!

Well, those old bhoys (pun intended) won numerous Scottish league titles and took Celtic all the way to the final of the UEFA cup, so O'Neill is probably using a tried and tested formula by bringing them to Villa Park.
Give the guy some credit for what he's doing. After all, Villa are the only unbeaten team left in the whole of England.

I dunno! Stiliyan Petrov has looked lively, but Agathe and Sutton's arrival has coincided with a slight dip in form - Villa were winning games at home this season before they arrived! Also, I'd hate to see young talent like Agbonlahor, Moore, Davis and Ridgewell edged out by some old hacks from Celtic.

Martin is looking after himself and his Team and good luck to him
If he could get any Rangers players to leave i.e. Chris Burke, Stevie Smith, Charlie Adam he would
Just hope he leaves your goalie alone

Your doing rubbish ? do away with M O'N and you'd be dreaming of 5th place back. think of of the place he's have been given you adult males. merely bear in mind the place you adult males have been previously he got here in. Your fortunate to have O'Neil at your club.
