I would say the very far Northeast, where you're almost in Montgomery or Bucks county.

No. Burbs (Montgomery or Bucks County, lower end of either, and are right outside of Philly). I live in Northeast Philadelphia. Nice there too. Further Northeast you go, going toward Bucks county, the nicer it is. South Philly is crowded. Small streets and very little room to park the car.

the parts of South Philly that are the "safest" Queens Village, pennsport. All the area's around there are safe meaning bella vista and the italina market are

Sewers. The earth is still warm down there. Just kidding, I would say stay in your apartment during the night.
Safest parts are the suburbs. Try Linwood or the Marcus Hook area. Very nice there.

its a Major US city,. There is no "SAFE" part. On the bright side we don't have guys shooting up Amish schoolkids in "safe" Lancaster county either............
