and what are supposed to be the BEST GAMES being released at the same time?

The price will go down eventually, though that could be a year away.
The question is do you want to hold off on buying a Wii for a year to save $50?

well lets see. 360 $399 ps3 $599 Wii $250 and the Wii is trying something new I personally cant wait to play some of those games with that new controller style. I would say that the wii is by far the most bang for your buck. Sure the price will go down (in a year or so) but can you wait another year. If you want to see a price drop wait until the ps3 comes out, I have a feeling that the 360 will drop to $299 and that will be a good deal also. Don't forget Halo 3 due out in March.

I wouldn't buy it when it comes out. Always have the most bugs in first run. Don't worry about waiting for the price drop, which will be at least a year with that low price. Personally I don't see holding off being a big deal. Hello that controller is a NOVELTY it will wear out quickly as far as excitement. I swear Nintendo workers are on here trying to drum up intrest.

Well, compared to the 360 and PS3, the Wii is peanuts price-wise. You could buy 2 and 2/5 Wiis for the price of one PS3. As for good games....Super Smash Bros. Brawl is expected in February...

They're releasing Twighlight Princess with the Wii, I heard. They won't relese it for the Cube til December.

Every console has its price come down after a little time but I don't think that 3gen consoles will be cheaper soon after their release. If you are not obsessed with nitendo's new console it would be better to wait.. It's up to you!

Well, all consles prices go down eventualy, but that usually happen around a year at a time. Buy it now (well, you know what I mean)

wait till it is made for HD cause when it comes out it will not be made for it at first.
