Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is the inability to achieve or sustain an erection for satisfactory sexual activity. Erectile dysfunction is different from other conditions that interfere with male sexual intercourse, such as lack of sexual desire (decreased libido) and problems with ejaculation and orgasm (ejaculatory dysfunction). This article focuses on the evaluation and treatment of erectile dysfunction.
Treatments include psychotherapy, adopting a healthy lifestyle, oral PDE5 inhibitors (Viagra, Levitra, Cialis, Stendra, and Staxyn), intraurethral medications (MUSE), intracavernosal injections, vacuum devices, surgery, and working with doctors to avoid medications that can impair erectile function.

your other response, dukalink6, hit the hammer right on top of the nail. Your ED depends on something physical or something psychological. Take for instance, a physical problem. Looking at smut is not going to do a lot for you. Your mind may want to respond but your body won't cooperate. If, on the other hand, you have a psychological incumbrance on your libido, the pornographic images my excite you... but they may also addict you, as those images do for so many others. Be cautious and think very carefully before you allow yourself to become another victim of pornography. There are better ways of solving your problems.

This will actually make it worse. 'Cause you'r brain sees something that you wont normally be seeing. And your brain will need higher level to be stimulated once you're about to have sex. So your penis will not get hard. There's a whole research done on this. Check "your brain on porn"

It could actually cause other problems. If you watch too much, you could run the risk of desensitizing yourself to sexual images. You would need to increase the graphic nature of the image to achieve the same effect over time.

according to some studies, men produce more sperm when they see other men having sex with a woman (porn). so if you produce more, then possibly. the only problem is that the increased sperm production is of lower quality, but im not sure if thats significant.
