Use simple green. Its a concentrated cleaner that removes just about everything and you can dump it in the sink because its biodegradeable. Good luck, next time i suggest big pieces of paper....

paint your wall black ---
ok, you need to use a scraper to remove all the previous paint that has absorbed the Charcoal.
There may be some paint remover in the Market, same place where you will buy new paint.
Then re-paint it in any color you like.
By the way what did you draw? You can add details on your question? Just curious.

Try the new eraser pads. There are several on the market.
One is Brawny Easy Eraser Disposable Cleaning pads.
I have been able to clean near to impossible things with these.

Try Sugar Soap. It is a concentrated liquid, heavy duty, all-. purpose cleaner. It's a really powerful cleaner designed to clean and prepare sufaces for painting. You should be able to get it in any decent hardward or painting&decorating store. Hope this helps!

Take a garden hose and wash it down good. If that does not get all of it, use some course sandpaper to get the rest.
If none of that works, try a hammer and chisel.
Congratulations on your highly advanced level of forethought and futuristic planning.

Spray the entire picture with a fixer(or hairspray will do as a cheaper alternative) and just paint over as normal when dry.
