my 10 yr old has had these episodes for a long time and mostly at night, she says her hands fell huge and her elbows small and it hurts to form words and makes her lungs hurt, she gets very panicked and shakes her hands and sometimes even runs up and down the halls, I know this isn't normal, but I don't know what to do

Have you taken her to the doctor? If she has had the episodes for a long time and you haven't taken her to the doctor you must not be very worried about it. If her doctor can't find anything wrong get a second opinion and a third or fourth until you find someone who can diagnose your daughter.

Sounds like circulation, give her grape juice and fruits.
Fill an empty drink bottle and fill it with hot water (not too hot)
and put it in the childs hands, it may just be the weather.
