CC with a horizontal bar above each letter (or a long bar over the whole numeral, I suppose). In Roman numerals, bars can be written above the symbols to signify multiplication by a thousand. Thus, you simply write CC, the symbol for two hundred (because C is one hundred), and then place a bar above it to show that it is two hundred thousand.

for large numbers, the Roman often used a horizontal bar above the symbol, to show multiplication by 1'000.

as you probably know, C was 100, CC would have been 200. So CC but with a horizontal bar above the C's, would mean 200'000.
