i got this thing from oldnavy and the problem is it is too fluffy on shoulders and hence broadens my shoulders.now i need solutions to reduce that fluff
plz help me i am stuck as i cant return it i have no reciept

Its what I call a puff/bubble jacket. There is not much you can do about, but the more you wear it, it will start to fluff down. Don't worry about your shoulders it's the make of the jacket. It's a cute jacket.

Just massage the area that is too fluffy it will flatten the jacket out more and if that doesn't work the first time you wash it will do the trick! Hope I helped :-)

there's rly nothing u can do exept if u have long hair and wear it down over the shoulder part
