In Yahoo Mail, go to your Mail Options.

Under Spam you should find the list of banned addresses. You can remove them from here

If you can't locate the address in the blacklist section, then the problem lies with Yahoo....and if Yahoo is neither professional or courteous enough to provide any assistance on the matter with out charging you, then maybe it is time to see their sub-standard service for what it is and take your email elsewhere.

I use Lycos - discovered them a month or so ago. They are also a free provider (which is in its own right far superior to Yahoo or MSN anyhow)..now there have been a few times where I have had to contact site admin for help, and every time they have made the effort to provide assistance in the most courteous of manner, all for FREE. If Yahoo can't act similarly, then give them the flick...because that is truly disgraceful!

Possibly email the person and explain what happened. Also, add the address to the address book. Just click on addresses near the top of the box.

I hope if you explain it to them, they will understand and believe you. Good luck.
