i think political peoples are using the word reservation for their self development not community development because reservation is used for only top class people, in future they are implement the reservation in toilet also.

a public toilet is a very important place and has a great monument like status in our country.actually as one of our friends suggested that reservation should be based on economical status,similarly here the reservation should be based on the emergency(but first we need to find out a method to know if the emergency is really genuine).

your question is asked in a way opposing to reservation
reservation should stand as a benefit for the person who have many difficulties to get education
but here the condition is reversed
reservation should not be allotted as per caste
it should be allotted as per the income status
the reservation in bath room is not allotted to any one why because no one will use it even though it is reserved
