If a guy cheats, he is a dog. He loses 50%(and more) of his property. He is a pig. Ok, fiar deal. He got what he paid for.
But...what a woman cheats, it is actually about feelings and romance. Even though the pie is shared but "I feel with him different" is the common sentence in such situations. Also, her hubby loses 50% (or more) of his property during divorce hearings.
Shouldn't woman lose her property if she cheats.
Shouldn't she leave home empty handed (ok, with a pair of underwears or two) rather than giving her half of the property of her poor husband?

Well if the woman cheated and lost everything, shouldn't the man that cheated also lose everything? That would be the only fair deal if somebody was to lose everything for cheating

You just contradicted yourself. You said that the guy loses half when he cheats, but the woman gets nothing if she cheats. What you propose - woman leaves with nothing is a dual standard. Also why are you making the assumption that men have more property and income in the marriage - wise up!

It seems the laws need a big update. They were created back when men were the only ones working and had property - today's standards have changed so much. This is a clear reminder of it! Good point made.

Unfortunately the courts are more sensitive to woman than men. This is true in many facets of society. If my wife wanted to abort my kid she could without my consent. However when I wanted a vasectomy she had to agree. The world is full of double standards. Rights you think you have change when a woman is involved. I feel your pain good luck

You said when a woman cheats it's about feelings,,not always for me it's just about the sex,,,,I think that women can be just as bad if not worse then men,,,and if you get caught split what you got and move on instead of fighting about it....

This is why you delay marraige or if you dont want kids never get married. There is no reason for a man to get married if he does not want children.
