The simpler and cheaper solution I've found for you is http://tucows.com/preview/412201 but it's only a 30 day demo so you'll have to pay 90$ to get the full version, which is much cheaper than common commercial systems like Real Producer at 200$ (and much more complex to set up).

commence with the mixer. i'd seem for a Mackie Onyx. or something with USB and adequate line ins on your sources and microphones. Or get a DJ mixer. maximum have one or 2 mic channels. Get a mixer with separate computer screen and headphone controls. or perhaps possibly stumble on a former broadcast mixer. yet another entire route is to do all of it digitally, with an audio interface for microphones and studio video show gadgets, the music, bumpers, blending, and streaming all achieved on a pc or pcs. CDs almost play from a music library saved on a pc. i'd use 2 pcs, one for the automation, one for audio processing/streaming. The library pc digitally streams to the processing pc. For video show gadgets, get a pair of studio video show gadgets. same for headphones. For microphone, the Shure SM7b.

I can't imagine why you would try this unless you know what you are doing. Very dangerous.

I strongly suggest setting up a podcast and getting everything working on that end first and then, if you still want to (and why would anyone? - but that's up to you) then convert your podcast into a stream.
