Go get some witch hazel and some nice soft cotton pads, or some Hemorrhoidal pads. Soak the cotton pad in witch hazel, or get a hemorrhoidal pad and apply it to the affected area. Store the jar or the witch hazel in the fridge, as it feels sooo much better nice and cold. You can also soak your posterier in a cool bath with witch hazel added in.
Make sure you are not currently constipated. If that is a problem at the moment, you need to find a very gently laxative or stool softener to help things along. Don't get anything radical, because if it's too harsh you can get diarhea. Diarhea is not your friend, believe me.
So long as you are in the uncomfortable zone, clean the area with warm water, and baby wipes, gently. Dry paper will be extremely painful, and can cause the tissues to bleed if they aren't already. Keep a hemerrhoidal pad applied as often as you can, the witch hazel won't burn and it will help shrink and sooth the irritated areas. Hemorrhoids are really varicose veins of the lower colon, engorged with blood from the strain to pass stools. If they distend past the sphincter muscle, they can break and bleed quite a bit. If you have this problem you need to visit the doctor as soon as possible. He can push the distended vein back where it belongs, and will supply you with some suppositories to help soothe and control your pain a bit better. If you get the suppositories, store those in the frig too- cold feels much better.
That all aside, you need to address the causes. You need to eat your veggies, more of what grandma called roughage- oatmeal, whole grains, wheat bread, muesli, etc. The whole apple, skin and all. Add whatever foods naturally move through you- prunes, raisins, and the like are the usual suggestions. Drink lots of liquid, not beer or wine, but water and juice. The idea is to keep things moving without the need to strain for a bowel movement. Lay off the white bread, noodles and cut way back on the meat.
For immediate comfort, soak your tush. Try to avoid sitting for prolonged periods of time, and don't strain at all on the toilet. Use the over the counter pads and creams, and if need be go see the doctor. And change your dietary habits. If you think you are in pain now, you don't want to know what it feels like to have them surgically treated. That's painful and ugly. And if you still don't change the habits, they will come back again. So, soak your tush, use the medications for comfort, eat your veggies, and put some reading material in the little room to relax with. With luck, you can be back sitting comfy in a few days time, and if you make the necessary changes, you can heal them up in a few months more. Keep up the changes and they won't come back.

It's not black or white it is our government fault. We have had many presidents since JFK this is a problem that should have gone away a long time ago. I thought I was the only one who noticed that Holder was acting like a minister I did not like it at all. Someone mention the killing of the white baby by a black teen. I am still pissed off about this I can only imagine how helpless the mother must have felt.If I could I would kill him my self. What about the good GUY Michael Peterson the white guy who broke his neck and died saving a four y ear old black girl from drowning , See some black people care about all people. The problem with this case it was just wrong from the beginning.More people will die because of this not by my hands just watch the news.

Alternate Dibucaine ointment (also called Nupercainal) and Preparation H cream mixed with Hydrocortisone !% every 4-6 hours (These are available OTC).
Use Tucks pads and/or Baby Wipes with Aloe and Vitamin E to clean yourself. Lubricating the area with Vitamin A and D ointment before defecating will make clean up a lot easier.
Sitz baths are a big help. A rubber or foam donut cushion will relieve a lot of the pressure on the area.
A high fiber diet is essential to controlling hemorrhoids.
Take a high potency multiple vitamin-mineral and Vitamin C with Bioflavinoids daily to aid healing.

This may sound odd, but coming from a family full of individuals willing to try alternative at home cures, and having used some myself, I trust this is true:

Rubbing a small amount of vicks vapor rub on your hemorroids will get rid of them. My great grandmother, great grandfather, and grandmother have all used this method. Supposedly, it may burn like hell for a couple minutes. Though...you already seem to be in enough pain, perhaps it wouldn't hurt to try? :)

Otherwise, you really should seek medical attention. Any time your body is causing you strong pain it is alerting you that something is terribly wrong. Listen to it!

I am so sorry, I know you are miserable. Try a hot bath with Epson salt added to the water about 1 cup of salt and very hot water should do the trick ,soak for a good 15 minutes. Preparation H really will help with the burning and take some Tylenol.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/i8zlV
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

Preparation H, cooling gel type.

Soak in a tub for 1 hour every day.

Drink lots of water and eat fiber (lots of vegetables) so that stool is soft.

Go to a proctologist doctor and have them cauterized.

Ibuprofen helps in the short term. tuck them back in. eat more fiber. Talk to a health store professional. There are herbs to take to strengthen blood vessels. A citrus bioflavinoid is the best cure.
