i mean in sport for what reasons specifically obviously it is cheating

They also stunt growth if taken before the growth plates close. Think about it. If steroids were legal, then there would be more of those rare health risks happening due to more people using. Hence, they are banned to prevent that.

Anabolic Steroids have some side effects, such as mood swings. Mood swings cause these side effects to effect other people, not just yourself.

Steroids are like drugs, they are addictive and some athletes use them to enhance their performance, thus they cheat.

Basically its cheating. Very unfair to the people who dont have and cant get it. All they are is cheating for real life. No one likes cheaters
