I cannot understand why or how a majority (90%) of college students here and everywhere as well as High School students who don't have a job have what seems to be a shitload of money to spend on over-priced clothing, expensive cars, and parties, while a person like me who worked for 2 years before going to college have so little?

Two reasons:

A) They are not spending their money, they are spending mom and dad's money.

B) Credit cards.

It may seem like you are broke now but I would bet that you will do better in the long run as you have learned to manage your money and realize the value of a dollar.

I worked full time and went to college full time. It was rough and I was still broke but now that I am out I feel I have a better grasp on personal finances and am more stable than many peers that didn't have to worry about money. Now the parent's won't help them or they owe tons in credit cards!!
