That's pretty old, and not energy efficient like the newer ones, you may have to tons of repairs, like replacing the windows, and carpets, and walls...ect........plus because it's a very old model, it won't go up in price like the newer ones. If you can't afford a newer model, I would say you shouldn't pay more then 5,000 for that one....though you didn't mention the size. If it's a double wide, double the price.

Is it in a mobile home park or on a private lot? Are you just getting the home or are you getting some land with it? A 1960 mobile home isn't worth much. Personally I wouldn't pay over $1500 (unless it is on a chunk of land). Mobile Home value's go down quickly. A bank probably wouldn't give a loan for a home that age.

I have a 1967 in okay condition we paid $3,400.00 for it. Any more than that would be too much. Hope I can help! Jen

Not much! A mobile that old has little or no intrinsic value.
