You have the following options:
1. Apply for and get a scholarship
2. Get an assistantship - where you work for a professor as a teaching or research assistant in exchange for a tuition waiver or a stipend
3. Get an education loan (you may need a US co-signer)
4. Apply for and get a fullbright fellowship
5. Get sponsored by your government or another organization in your country
The options are there, but scholarships and assistantships are very competitive and not guaranteed. So do your research and apply, apply, apply.
