You just have to look at truck people as normal people. They will either cheat or they won't. My step dad is a truck driver and he's never cheated on my mum. She would often go with him for a journey to somewhere she hadn't been before. She loved it so much she's a truck driver now. The people who they work with are in different stages of relationships. Some cheat some don't but i don't think it is down to their job. The ones that cheat would cheat no matter what they did for a living.

I don't think you can lump all truckdrivers into one group. They don't ALL do anything. Some are unfaithful and others aren't. I used to work for a trucking company and all the guys I met had different relationships and different things going on in their lives. Some had great relationships and others were always looking.

Some are, some are definitely not. I used to work for the NJ Turnpike collecting tolls, and once I saw this really drugged out looking lady walking along the side. God only knows where she came from but it seemed obvious what she was doing. A big rig pulls up right along side her, says something, and she gets in. So, let's just say, that didn't improve their rep in my eyes!

I was married to a trucker and after divorce went out with another one they both cheated with diffrent females . They had many all over . So yeah they are like sailors .

Being unfaithfull can not be interpreted on a persons profession but on the individual. there are so many faithful truck drivers out there.

It is not whether they are faithful or not, but if they are going to be available to you emotionally and physically. This is essential to build trust between two people and if he isn't going to be around long enough for days on end, you are not going to get the full benefits of his trust if he isn't going to be available to you emotionally and physically.
