how can i transfer 700 MB of data through internet

There are many ways to do it but it really depends on what you want to do.

If you want to make it available to everyone, you could use a peer to peer file sharing program like Limewire or event set up a torrent site. If it's a one shot for a single person, an instant message communication should do the job, even if it's a little slower.

Note to answerers: Don't you sometimes read the requirements? The question specifies a file size of 700MB while yousendit.com is limited to 100MB and megaupload.com is limited to 250MB!

You can download a free bittorrent client like utorrent. You create a bittorent and somebody on the other end can download it. They have to have a bittorrent client on their side too.
