Call your bank's customer service immediately! Never ever take chances with your personal information. Better to be safe than sorry, even if the bank tells you the company's procedures are normal. And at the very least, your concerns will be noted with your bank just in case anything does indeed happen.

Immediately contact your bank. Your bank will close your account and open up another account for you. If you have lost money from this, file a police report and never again give your debit card information to anyone or any company that you do not trust.

You will have to find out what charges were made and how they were made. Whether it was with the card or if it was just with the numbers put in to a system for a charge. If I was you I would call the company that you have your card through and tell them about it and see what there advice is for you. I would also see about changing the numbers for your cards to prevent any further charges.

Speak to the Company (presumably your bank) that issued you with the debit card and seek their advice. They will probably change the card so as to avoid any possible fraudulent use and will also speak to the mobile phone company if they deem it necessary.
