If it has no sound how do I get sound? Can you tell I know alot about puters??? lol

frist of all you need to go .to device manager . see what type of sound card .pc has then on the net search for the drivers.

They probably formatted the operating system before they sold it to you. Meaning they didnt install the proper sound drivers

google for your computer name and model number which should be on the front of the case if its factory made such as below

dell inspiron 5150 audio drivers << Search like that
