I can't install new stuff though, the browse menu doesn't come up.. Help....

Adding to question I have formatted the drive already?

It sounds like you need to set up the drive. On Windows, goto Control Panel->Admin Tools->Comp Management.
Click Disk Management (under Storage).
Your new disk should be listed. If it doesn't automatically format the disk, click on the drive and format it.

It all depends on what you have done. Did you add or replace the hard drive? If you added a hard drive, one has to be a master and all others have to be set as a slave. If you simply added a drive and didn't do that, you could be confusing the computer and it is looking for your operating system and all files on the new drive, and of course they aren't there.

Read the instructions manual carefully to make sure you have used the correct physical settings.
