most stores sell suits really cheap. just buy one

Yes, there is a place in Timonium Maryland , north of Baltimore that rents tuxedos. About $100.00 or so.

All you can do is ask if they have a suit instead of a tux you can rent. Some plain Tuxes look like suits......

if they have a Syms or Value City there you could buy either for cheap.
