I have embellished it quite a bit and never been caught out. The only problem will be if you get employed and you can't actually do the job...
Exaggerating past employment duties can't really do much harm as long as you realistically could have achieved them.
Make sure you can bullsh1t enough in the interview...

You should never lie on a CV, you are more than likely to get found out. Im sure that you have enough qualities and experience to show to companies without having to lie.
Take time to think about all the things you do, what makes you good for the job but dont lie!! Your true CV will be as good as one that you make with lies on

I thought lying on a CV was normal. How many people tell the entire truth about their working life or education? "I got sacked from that job because I called the boss a fat useless W*nker and threw coffee at him."
"My English teacher had the best cleavage in the World, so I spent lesson times staring at it and so failed the Exam."
These exerpts from my life will never find their way onto my CV.... EVER!

Yes.Everybody stretches the facts if not lie. If you look at Job Profile employers ask for then you will realise they ask just too much for start. It prompts people to add in their CVs something they don't have. Lies are normally within close range.
