I want to start an environmental business based around recycling but it is only viable at large scale. It requires 4 million pounds (GBP) start-up funding. I have found that my young age (23) is often a barrier, despite having thought everything through properly and having a god track record so far. Any advice on what to do and any good sources of funding? Many thanks.

The European Venture Capital Association has lots of members( including-UK) whom provide start up financing. You would very likely get it in stages, perhaps GBP 1,000,000 to start or smaller seed money if the idea is not yet proven. How good is your track record in business, do you have a ready, experienced and strong management team in place ? All these things are very very important visit this site http://www.evca.com
